Michelle Demmitt ~ Miss Omak Stampede 2010
Michelle Demmitt is the daughter of Jeff and Lisa Demmitt of Omak. She is a Junior at Omak High School and is active in 4-H and FFA. She is also a member of the BSBRC and served as Okanogan County Fair Queen in 2009.
Michelle's hobbies include horseback riding, painting, playing the guitar and piano, drawing and reading. In her free time she likes to ride and train her horses and dislikes body art, driving in big cities and bullies.
Michelle states; "I would love to be Miss Omak Stampede for the reason that I will be representing one of the greatest traditional events Omak has to offer. Stampede is rich in culture and history. Being such a world famous ceremony, the representative should meet its high standards. I have made a point in my life to have strong integrity, responsibility, diligence and compassion. I believe the Stampede Queen should have the quality to be active with the youth and inspire them to strive in everything they do."
