Our business sells rodeo & concert tickets and souvenirs related to each event to our patrons. The per ticket price is reflected when you have chosen the date you will be attending the selected event and the seat you will be sitting in. If you would like to purchase a souvenir, please contact the ticket office for shipment. All prices reflected are shown in USD.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges, which is clearly stated on each ticket.

If for any reason the event is cancelled, we will refund the ticket cost plus the per ticket fee. However, we will not refund the processing fee incurred.

You have the choice of the following delivery methods:

Etickets – you print at home or present them on your phone to allow access to the event.

Will call– The tickets will be available for pickup at our ticket office within 24 hours. (excluding holidays and weekends prior to the event).

Mailing – We are happy to mail your tickets to the address you have entered during your purchasing process. There is a $2.00(USD) for mailing.

If you have purchased a souvenir item, the shipping will be assessed based on the weight of the item and the charge will be in accordance with the cost of shipping charged by the carrier.  Please contact the ticketing office for purchase of any souvenir items.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.  There is no credit card or banking information retained in our office after each transaction.
